Discovery
A preliminary phase in the UX-design process that involves researching the problem space, framing the problem(s) to be solved, and gathering enough evidence and initial direction on what to do next.
When is Discovery needed?
A discovery is needed anytime when there are many unknowns that stop a team from moving forward and when the team is not aligned in what it wants to achieve.
What are the activities in Discovery?
Every discovery phase is tailored made to suit each and specific clients needs, but main activities that are performed in most discovery phases are: exploratory research, stakeholder interviews and workshops.
What is the outcome of a Discovery?
At the end of the discovery, the team has a detailed understanding of the problem and what outcomes to aim for, as well as where to focus its efforts. They may also have some high-level ideas for solutions that they can take forward and test.

User Experience
We are creating meaningful experiences by integrating elements of branding, marketing, engineering, design, and usability into a product. Our job requires extensive user research to understand their user’s mindset, feelings, and goals and to connect this information to the product.
User Interface
User interface design is about building interfaces with a focus on styling and interactivity. We explore all the interactions and behaviors a user takes with a product to create an interface that best adapts to the user’s needs.
Methodology
Design Thinking is how we explore and solve problems; Lean is our framework for testing our beliefs and learning our way to the right outcomes, and Agile is how we adapt to changing conditions with product.
